The project concerns the redevelopment of the Tabarca and Metelino buildings, located between via Marino Boccanegra and via Megollo Lercari, in the Cornigliano district of Genoa. The intervention is aimed at the reconversion of the buildings into social housing, through energy efficiency works, seismic improvement and functional adaptation. The goal is to offer dignified and sustainable living spaces for vulnerable social groups, contributing to urban revitalization and the cohesion of the city fabric.
