The renovation and restoration of Villa Merlo aimed to preserve the historical and architectural value of the building, while improving its functionality and safety. The interventions involved structural consolidation, re-roofing, restoration of the facades and recovery of the original decorative elements, in full respect of the stylistic characteristics of the villa.
