The renovation project of the former “Gulli e Pennisi” Classical High School involved the transformation of the building into a modern cultural center, giving new life to a historic space in the heart of Acireale. The interventions involved structural consolidation, system adaptation and the removal of architectural barriers, respecting the historic value of the building. The new center hosts spaces for events, exhibitions, educational and cultural activities, becoming a point of reference for the local community and a symbol of urban regeneration.
